Last month I did some research about the startling rise in pregnancy-related arrests in the United States. As personhood and feticide laws rise in response to the dismantling of Roe, pregnant people are in real danger from our already dysfunctional criminal justice system. I gathered some of the most horrific stories of pregnancy injustice into a comic, which is live at The Audacity today.
